We stayed here for one night while in Gainesville for a college interview and it was super comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly, our room with one king bed was very spacious, had a kitchenette complete with fridge, sink, cupboards and coffee maker. There were comfy chairs and a table, tv, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. I have learned not to take these things for granted and usually bring everything with when I find a room at an amazing price like this one was through the discount website. There was a pool and hot tub outside which we didn't have time to enjoy but I did see the exercise room walking by and it was big and well stocked. The free breakfast was great! Self-serve waffle maker, hard-boiled eggs, hot and cold cereal, all the usual pastries and bagels, three different juices, coffee... my only suggestion would be some real cream instead of the non-dairy creamers . Overall, the place was clean and comfortable and very well attended. The welcome card in the room said that they wanted their service to be such that guests would rave about it... and it was!

The Hotel was very nice. Very friendly staff. The only problem I had was I booked a non-smoking room, and got stuck on the smoking floor which was a mistake by online travel website that they did not fix.

We recently stayed at this hotel while visiting the University of Florida. From the helpful front desk employees to the gracious and lively breakfast attendant the staff there went above and beyond! Our room was very clean, the beds are amazing, and I very much enjoyed the waffels! Visiting the campus and sites in Gainesville was made much easier as the staff provided excellent recommendations and directions. My wife and I will certainly be staying here again next time we are in Gainesville.
