  Overall it's a disappointment to the German hotel industry. I have stayed at many similar priced hotels in Germany without issue. Not considered a good value. Simple things missing include microwave, ice, and fridge. Not one cube of ice or microwave is available in the room or for public use in the lobby. Television is on the brink, of the channels it has half are distorted and the others are simply poor quality. No standard international television channels such as BBC news that is found in the most remote parts of the world. Free hotel shuttle if you can get the staff to pickup the phone. No answer on several attempts from the airport and it cost 25 euro out of my pocket. They could not find the booking from travel website on check in. Friendly staff but smile doesn't create a successful business. So many little things can be done to make this a successful business. A couple of good notes. The water pressure is average, not below average and is hot. Good luck

  Good clean hotel. Convenient to the airport - the shuttle was prompt and driver courteous but limited in English (plan ahead on the language issue). When arriving at the airport you must call the hotel for the shuttle using cellphone or pay phone. There is no courtesy phone in the airport. When departing the hotel for the airport you must reserve the shuttle in advance - preferably the night before. All in all a good experience.

  This hotel is fine, but kind of far away to be called an airport hotel. It's 20 min by taxi (25 euros), although there is public transportation and in theory there is a shuttle van. At night better just take a taxi.

  Rooms small but adequate, no evening dining. HOWEVER, finding the hotel that evening was not so easy; our Navi GPS got us there but I am not sure we could have done it otherwise.So-best to turn in the car first then take the shuttle to hotel. The car return was not easy to find - look for a not too conspicuous ""Rent-a-Car"" sign just before Terminal 1.
