  I stay for 2 nights for a business trip. The room was very comfortable and quiet, with great internet connection. Corridor is a little tired, but the Executive Lounge was nice. Service overall was excellent.

  Is asking for xtra pillow too much?they could not provide plastic/wood/metal seat for my 85yr mom use for her shower.coffee shop could not accept dinner orders ...

  IS ASKING FOR XTRA PILLOW TOO MUCH?THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE PLASTIC/WOOD/METAL SEAT FOR MY 85YR MOM USE FOR HER SHOWER.COFFEE SHOP COULD NOT ACCEPT DINNER ORDERS BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF RICE. STAFF & SERVICE WERE TERRIBLE.AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.FRIEND VISITED FROM HANOI DID NOT GET WAKEUP CALL -MISSED HIS FLIGHT.THIS HAS TO BE WORST HOTEL IN MYYEARS OF TRAVEL. SAVE YOURSELF AGGRAVATION.ENJOY BEIJING FROM ANOTHER HOTEL.THERE'S NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO TELL THE HORROR STORIES RE: THIS HOTEL. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

  We stayed at the Marco Polo for six days and were very pleased. We had a booking problem due to a flight cancelation and found that ourreservation had been canceled when we arrived. The manager found us an upgraded room as our original room type was fully booked. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The hotel is away from the tourist crowds but within walking distance or a short taxi ride to major attractions. Our Bell Boy arranged day tours for us at a considerable reduction to the tour desk rates. I would stay here again.

  We stayed here for a week with 2 kids & 2 adults... breakfast got boring after awhile, and the seafood buffet was terrible.... don't buy drinks in the lobby bar, ...

  We stayed here for a week with 2 kids & 2 adults... breakfast got boring after awhile, and the seafood buffet was terrible.... don't buy drinks in the lobby bar, go next door to the shop and buy the same beer 10 times cheaper!!! The best thing it's close to great shopping at Times Square about 5min walk, and a great dumpling restuarant across the road and down 1/2 a block. Tianamen Square is not far away,, but stay away from the tour desk... grab a cab and do it yourself, you'll save $100's!!!
