Spent a long weekend in NYC with my college roommate and our 13 year-old daughters. Our room and bathroom, like most New York hotel rooms, was small; but still spacious enough for the 4 of us to share comfortably. Friendly staff and an especially helpful concierge - she helpful in getting discout tickets for us to a last minute show. Although we didn't use it, it was nice to have a restaurant on site. It looked like a wonderful place & look forward to trying it on our next visit. We were pleased with the location (just a few blocks from Grand Central Station and an easy walk to the theatre district). The hotel was a wonderful find!

I stayed at tis hotel from 6/5/09 to 6/8/09 a family of 4 including two kids, The entire hotel is run down and disappointing except for the lobby and tiny restaurent (they are just ok)I had to room change from one room that looked like a garage to another that had paint peeling off the ceiling and a floor so weak that every step we took we thought we were going to fall through the floor. There are no ice or vending machines at all. The best thing about this hotel is THE LOCATION!!!! I would never stay here again its not worth all the money they charge and the hotel looks nothing like the website pictures posted.

6 ""girls"" 3 generations traveled to NYC for my Mom's 70th birthday. We stayed in two rooms at this hotel and found it to be outstanding. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to Times Square - but also very quiet. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable (small - but completely comfortable) and the showers were great! This hotel has a small feel to it, but it was perfect for us. If I could change anything it would be to have a refrigerator with space (not stocked with overpriced mini-bar items), and either a coffee pot in the room, or coffee served before 8AM in the lobby. The free wine happy hour was great! There is a Starbuck's that's only a 2min walk down the street.

Great hotel, location was great for us as it was not too far from Times Square, but far enough it was quiet. Room was on the small side, but was fine as we did not spend much time in the room. Very close to Grand Central Terminal. I would definately stay again.

A convenient, comfortable hotel with many extras to enhance your stay. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon wine reception in the small but inviting lobby lounge, newspapers at our door and in the lobby, and morning coffee service in the bar/lounge area. The rooms (especially bathrooms) were small but stylishly furnished and outfitted with robes and extra towels. The friendly and professional staff quickly accomodated our request to be relocated away from noisy dogs in another room. Definitely would return!
