Nice hotel but not nearly as grand as its sister the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort a few miles away. The nicest part is that if you stay you have access to the amenities at both resorts and a shuttle every half hour. We visited at Christmas and had a wonderful Christmas buffet at the Beach Resort. There were also many more children at the Beach Resort but they do have a quiet pool which was a great thing! Nice gym in each Resort but again the Beach Resort, being larger, had a larger facility - both had knowledgeable, helpful and unobtrusive staff. Be prepared to pay more for drinks, food and everything else because they have to pay for all of the amenities (like the gym) but if you understand that then this is a wonderful gracious get-away where you can also play a great pricey course! We would go again...tomorrow.

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort was the best...we had a wonderful time. The hotel has great views, restaurants, service, and overall facilities. We had the opportunity to enjoy their sunday brunch and trust me is so worth it, unlimited champagne, great food and the best service ever. Naples is a great place to relax, dine, enjoy the beach, beautiful sunsets, admire beautiful houses...5th ave is great for shopping or just to take a nice walk. We went for dinner to Blue Provence and what an expirience!!! excellent french cuisine, great atmostphere and service... just exquisite!!! highly recomended ; )

The staff was very courteous and service was very fast. My room was very clean and quiet. The only thing wrong was that my remote control to the television didn't work. But I was gone most of the time and didn't call for a new one. I did misplace a piece of jewelry and the hotel staff went out of their way to try to find it for me.
