  The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was great about it except its location which is a forty minute ride from the Dubai airport. If you are going for a beach vacation it is terrific but otherwise you are spending a lot of time in a cab coming and going. Luckily Dubai cabs are affordable. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

  This is a great hotel. the only complaint i have is the charge for the internet service. for us$*+ per night internet hook-up should be free.

  Best service ever, i forgot my camera in the taxi, so i notified the hotel sucurity and they tracked the taxai and they returned my camera to the hotel next ...

  Best service ever, I forgot my camera in the taxi, so I notified the hotel sucurity and they tracked the taxai and they returned my camera to the hotel next day. It is the safest country in the world my kids were all over the hotel and beach by them selves and I did not have to worry. The staff is the best very freindly I defeintly would like to again.

  I was disappointed in this hotel for several reasons:1- The pool was supper crowded. I think the hotel has a membership club allowing people from outside to use the pool at charge. but GREED took over. I could not find a space at the pool so we had to settle for the beach. Construction was terrible. But it is not the hotel fault. The whole hotel looks old and the rooms are 70's styles. We had the indian Buffet night.
