  We stayed here a week for a meeting and absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly, room was great, scenery cannot be beat. The only bad part for us is the limited and quite pricey dining choices.

  We went for a nice ski weekend getaway and were surprised at the many inconveniences the Keystone Lodge and Spa had to offer. First of all, we check in to soon find out that there is no place to park and bring in your stuff. You have to constantly tip and valet at the front bc there is no parking in front of the hotel. You have to park across the street and then walk through an underground tunnel to bring your things in. So tipping constantly to do things you can easily do somewhere else becomes a norm. The hot tubs were closed and we were given a key for a remote hot tub location which was half a mile away. In the snow and ice, that walk is not very relaxing but we decided to go anyway. After walking 15 min in the freezing cold, the key to the hot tub and pool room didn't work! So, then we walked back to our room to rest there. After falling asleep that night, we awoke freezing and found that even though our thermostat was set at 70 degrees, the room was a chilly 55. Room service trays were left in the hallways for an entire day. And, no one at the front desk showed any concern for the inconveniences we dealt with. We checked out very unhappy and will never come back. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The Lodge is close the resort and has buses running reguarly but it was not worth what we paid for it.

  I would definately stay here again. nice rooms and very helpful staff. great view of the mountain. close to everything.

  This hotel is in a wonderful location and it is very easy to get to all of the winter activities offered in Keystone using the resort buses. The room was clean and the view nice. The Yoga class in the Spa was too cold!

  Every room has a great view of the mountains. The staff was really friendly. Whenever I needed anything I called guest services and they went above and beyond to help me. I loved my stay and I would love to go back!!!!!!!!
