  Lack lustre check in staff to say the leas(expressionless, carefree,and non flexible and far too regimented and often rude). Room service was ok but much better when it was Westin owned some years ago. Dirty rooms ie. (curtains, carpet,mouldy bathroom with bad plumbing and non maintained air con system). Nice views and could be a great hotel if it was cleaned up and maintained properly and had better check in staff.But positive side...great location!!

  Nice place, great view of the city! just be sure to get a renovated room, as the old ones are unimpressive.

  Mrt and the shopping center downstairs are very convenient. i got the harbor view room at 21st and it is nice although they got me the wrong room 1st time ...

  MRT and the shopping center downstairs are very convenient. I got the harbor view room at 21st and it is nice although they got me the wrong room 1st time and there is a smell. SIN$38++ is highway robbery for internet since some much cheaper hotels in Singapore provides free internet. Shopping centers have free net. The gym costs money to get in, for a 5 star hotel that sucks. Message at 9:30 am saying that they are not cleaning the room because I have a privacy sign seems a little harsh.
