  The staff at the hotel were very friendly, but other than that the hotel was a big disapointment! The room was really tiny and smelled horrible. The bedding smelled even worse and the bed was like sleeping on a wood floor. Do yourself a favor and save your money and do not stay at this dump!!!

  The Crestwood Suites on Americhase Drive in Greensboro, NC was not a bad experience at all. It is an extended stay hotel so housekeeping is not done everyday but the facility was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and noise free. We stayed due to a graduation and needed the extra space and kitchen because of bringing a 9 month old. Parking good and lighted. A bit off the beaten path, but still only about 12-13 minutes from the Coliseum so not bad and you did not get the I 40 traffic noise. I would stay again.

  If I had not pre-paid via travel website I would have walked out. The hotel first floor smelled strongly of flea shampoo, and we soon found out why. On our third night, we pulled back our sheets to find at least 50-100 fleas crawling all over. Without a doubt the worst hotel we have stayed in. I would not recommend it at all.

  For one or two persons traveling, the facility is ideally located near all major intersections, is clean, efficent with cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and full size fridge. For one or two persons looking to travel and not spend alot of cash, and wants to EAT IN occasionally, this facility is ideal. Courtious staff, clean, weel-enough equipted to eat in several meals for two, this is a winner. We will certainly be looking for other Crestwood suites in the future.
