This hotel did not live up to our expecations. Upon arrival, we were told our room would not be ready for another 45 minutes, even though we arrived well after the hotel's posted check-in times. This was very inconvenient, as we had been driving for 9 hours already and there wasn't anything near the hotel. We were given an "upgraded" room with a kitchenette, but the room was very old and sparse. The breakfast had very few choices, and was served in the lobby with limited seating. The pool was cold and had trash in the bottom of it. Our rooms were clean, though, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The outside of this hotel is so pretty, it was not at all what we expected.

Very friendly and helpful reception and staff. The cleaning staff was flexible and friendly. The few problems (blown light bulb, etc.) were taken care of immediately Clean room, fairly comfortable, and quiet considering location near the Interstate. Convenient to several restaurants and highway access.

I stayed in a room that had security lights pointed right at the window, I didn't sleep one bit. Management seemed interested, but unsympathetic. Also, the room lacked towels and the ends of the feathers in the pillow kept poking at my face.

Upon arrival, they had our reservation and room ready. However, when we went into our room, it was occupied! They gave us another room, it was smoking, we needed NON-smoking. Third try, they gave us a room on the bottom floor. Very dark, no outside view. Fitness center was poor, having only a few pieces of equipment that were old and difficult to operate. Continental breakfast was nothing fancy and served cold.
