great location in the golden zone, across the street from the beach.
helpful front desk, efficient housecleaning, grounds kept very clean

Nice in-house restaurant for breakfast
Not so positives:
We had a king size mattress and it was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. I would wake up every 2 hours to change position I was so sore. I would wake up feeling horrible. It put a bit of a damper on the trip.
There could have more towels made available. There were 2 towels and a floor mat, nothing else. Also the showerhead was a joke, no pressure, just a steady pour. -

Because we drive to our home in Nuevo Vallarta every year with our two BIG dogs it is wonderful to be able to find a clean, well run hotel that will let us bring our dogs and NOT have to sneak them into room. Great Italian restaurant just down street, just had breakfast at the INN. Staff was accomodating and frienndly. Owner was on site when we stayed in 07. Going back again this winter.
