  Be sure to watch your charges. I ended up with almost $100 added to my bill. Manager never answered my calls, but they did correct the error and refunded my money. Night staff very pleasant. Rooms are okay, not too clean. Your very close to highways and you can actually walk to restaurants which is good if you have kids. In spite of the $$ issue my son and I had an excellent stay at this hotel and I would stay again.

  HORRIBLE is the best word for this hotel. No elevator, renovations make it undesirable. Nails sticking out of stairs where carpet has been ripped up. Management did not deal with complaints. Comp offered still not received almost a week and a half later. ""heated"" pool was FREEZING. Breakfast offered too expensive and low quality.Definately NOT a 3 star..more like a -3 stars.

  We arrived at 11 at night, they gave us a room (non-smoking) that was dirty, smelled of smoke without an air conditioner that worked. They gave us another room, that room still had no working air conditioner, I asked for another room but was told they had no more rooms and there were none available in the area. The hotel is old and needs updating.

  After driving from Michigan eight hours, sleep was the first thing on our minds. We made dinner first instead when we got here. Service with a smile, friendly, caring front desk. They saw we were dead tired and even asked if they could just bring us dinner in our room. We managed to sit in the restaurant.Great service, great sleep, great meal, great night. So good, we had a repeat performance on the way back to Michigan. Just as grand!
