  We were very impressed with the amount of space and the features of the one bedroom unit where we stayed. We've been in Breckenridge several times but this was our first time as this particular rental property and I'd have to say it was the nicest Condo we've seen in town so far.
  
  There are a couple odd policies - like the one about taking your own trash out at the end of the stay, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. It's also only a couple blocks from the center of main street so is very convenient to everything.
  
  The multi-room unit was very well equipped with pillows, multiple couches and chairs, high speed internet, HBO, etc. Coffee and coffeemaker were supplied. And if you're staying in the winter, it had nice touches like heated tile floors in the bathroom.

  We found the condo to be very well equipped, very clean, and close to town. Had some difficulties with the booking but problems were resolved adequately. I recommend requesting a unit away from the road - Four O'Clock Road has bus service that will destroy any sense of peace & quiet. I also discovered (on our last day) to pull on the front door while inserting the key card (much time wasted trying to open that darn door). Town was quite busy, especially on the weekend. Might not be the best place to "get away from it all".

  Loved our condo! close to town and great shopping. the condo was wonderful and very comfortable. will return next year.
