My son and I stayed here in August 09, and absolutely loved it! It was gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and even though close to everything, i was impressed at how quiet it was during our stay. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, matter of fact i'm anxious to get back! I have nothing negative to say, and I would like to commend the staff, for their friendliness, and professionalism. They took great care of us! I didn't visit the spa, so i cannot comment on it. I loved the pool area, it was beautiful to me, even though the pool looked a little bit old in places. There were a few tiles missing. But as i said, i'd stay there again.

we really liked this spot. far enough away from the ferry but still ok only a blk from the beach. the room was great and the help at desk the best. would stay again. If you go and don't mind a 4 block walk, take the bus from the airport and walk down 5th ave to the hotel. if you want a quiet room get an inside one, if you want night life you are there!!

After spending 11 days in an all inclusive we were ready for the hub bub of Playa del Carmen. Located this hotel on the online travel website and it looked lovely. Sometimes photos look better on the site than they really are. The photos did not do justice to the charming beauty of this hotel. Just a short hop to their sister hotel on the beach we could use the lounges and restaurant/ bar facilities by just showing our room key. We could stroll around Calle 5 enjoy the night life and be back in our spotless euro designed suite in minutes.The staff was extremely helpful and even let us leave our luggage in our room after check out so we could finish our shopping before heading for Cancun.The only downside was that it was noisy at night due to the clubs etc. Earplugs solved the problem. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and wished we had spent the majority of our time there. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

My husband and I been there for our hooneymoon and everything was just perfect, the Staff is so friendly, the service was excellent and the Hotel is beautiful.
We really enjoyed every day of our stay, and totally recomend this Hotel.
