The room was a nice standard clean room. The personnel are all very nice. The water pressure is a little low and the hot water was only luke warm. The location is centralized in the tourist sector and right on the marina.

We had no problems with check in or out as other people have noted. We didn't have to leave a credit card open either. We paid for our wet bar items when we left. The hotel is in a great location for town and of course the marina bars and places to eat & shop. We had a jr. suite right off the pool on the 2nd floor. Room was large and had a small kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. The beds are hard, but most are in Mexico anyway. All staff very friendly and helpful. We took the shuttle to the beach twice. It runs every 2 hours. All in all the place is great for anyone who doesn't want to rent a car & can get everywhere in town by walking or a short cab ride. The pool here needs to be redone. It does still have the "liner" in it which looks real tacky.

Our check in took longer than expected due to a group og fishermen who had there rooms all mixed up. The front desk was very short handed but after several hours we were able to check in. Our first problem was that our booking had only one king bed, I wasn't that close to my fishing buddie. We were able to upgrade to a Jr Suite for an additional fee. If you ever book this hotel make sure you get room 231, it made the wait at the front desk worth while. The room had two king beds, a sitting area, a small kitchen and a balcony that let out to the pool area. The most important thing to remember about this hotel is that you insist on a room close to the elevator, the hotel is about two blocks long and believe me you don't want to end up on the far end!!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. They put us in a room on the 4th floor, but only had an elevator to 3rd floor, so we had to walk close to a mile, down this LOOOOONG hallway that turned left & right so many times, and then had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to our room. Even after informing them that I have a disability and can't do stairs, they said they couldn't move us. We tried several times to reach the front desk, room service. housekeeping, ANYBODY, and nobody would ever pick up the phone. We couldn't get any service. After specifically telling them we did NOT want maid service. They entered our room while we were away, and only changed the sheets. Left the garbage and dirty towels. You couldn't pay me to stay at this hotel again! It really ruined our vacation.
