- The resort's private pier is currently closed and only a portion is open to pedestrian traffic at this time. Fishing is not permitted. Please note the resort charges a 12 per-night, per-room resort fee which will be collected by the hotel at checkout. This fee includes use of the following: unlimited use of beach lounges and chairs, full resort activities program for children and adults, free local calls, free first 20 minutes of 1-800, live entertainment throughout the hotel, admission to beach playground, health club and activity center, complimentary local newspaper at Cappuccinos Monday-Saturday, free wireless internet access, in room safe and coffee maker, and complimentary incoming faxes. Discounts are offered for non-motorized water sports rentals, valet and self parking.

We stayed for 4 days and did not want to leave.. We had the cheapest room that barley had a window and still loved it.. It was very clean, staff was friendly and attentive, food, drinks, valet service, pool and beach were all great. Our only negative comment come from the odd smell in our hallway.. a "wet dog" type of smell.. I did see a dog or two on the last day of our stay, so I guess its considered dog friendly.. But with the package price we got through travel online, I have no real complaints.. Amazing beach front property.. thank you for a great break from cold NJ..

when we checked in they gave us a smaller room than booked, had to call front desk for new room,not very nice!!! new room bathroom had to be cleaned bathtub dirty and had hair in it!! i beds hard and uncomfortable , and had toenail clippings in sheets , had to call for new sheets was afraid to sleep in bed!!, house keeping took a long time and were not happy each tome we called, would never stay again!!! pool was great only good thing about hotel!!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel lobby was nice, the hotel rooms are definitely in need of an update. There was some construction going on, hopefully they are remodeling the rooms. The couch in room was very old & saggy, I hated to even sit on it. The pool area was very nice, as was the beach. They have different activities going on at the pool/beach each day of the week. There are many decent restaurants near by. South Beach is about a 15 minute drive.

Our hotelroom was dirty when we arrived. We complained and got another room and it was dirty AGAIN! Especially the bathroom. The room itself was very small and uncomfortable. When we complained again the hotelstuff reacted very unfriendly. When we got the third room we had to pay extra * $ a day for roomupgrade. The cleaninglady came every day, but she only brouth us clean towels. The toilet and the floors were never touched! The restrooms at the pool were so dirty and disqusting. We had to wait for the elevator forever. Most of the time we took the stairs (our room was at the 8 floor...). We are very disappointed and would never stay at this hotel again.
