Everything was fantastic...the people, the rooms but they scheduled an appointment with us and told us it was to show us around. It turned out that as soon as they found out that we were not owners of a time share with them they wasted 2 hours trying to sell us one. When we declined after they made several attempts to make the price ridiculously cheap they got pretty rude with us. That was two hours of me and my husband's life that we won't get back...they almost ruined the rest of our honeymoon. If you can avoid the "meeting" then you would love this place.

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Waterpark is wonderful. Staff friendly other than a lady that answered phone for shuttle service, kind of rude. Shuttle takes a long time to come and pick you up. Not enough parking by the Waterpark/check-in.

These are condos and loyalties are to the owners and NOT THE GUESTS. They are guest unfriendly with few amenities. I stood waiting to check in while a British lady complained that she had booked a two bedroom unit and was given 2 1 bedroom units on two floors and at a higher charge. My unit was third floor..no elavator... I was made to sign a statement acknowledging check out times, cleanup charges and god knows what else and had to allow $*. credit held to cover damages. I asked the desk to cash $*. and they said they didn't have the money available. While very scenic, this was one of the worst places I have ever been!!!!

09/22/2009Beautiful area, beautiful scenery, beautiful log buildings, but the big problem was paper thin walls....you can hear everything...i mean everything...especially at 1, 2, 3 in the morning... ...
Beautiful area, beautiful scenery, beautiful log buildings, but the big problem was paper thin walls....You can hear everything...I mean everything...especially at 1, 2, 3 in the morning...would I reccomend.. well, compared to other hotels seen in the area, I suppose I could endure the downside just for the ambience....

room was so tiny we only had 1 nite stand we were told we had to buy ice and the fridge was too small to hold the ice if we bought it no outside access, window overlooked a wall no luggage rack in the room insufficient towel bars in bathroom no dishwasher (too small) had to wash our dishes had to take linens off bed before leaving and empty garbage long wait at check in wouls never go here again or recommend it
