We felt like family from the minute we walked in the front doors. Staff was very accommodating and very, very nice. The rooms were a great value for the price. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the highway made no difference... never heard any traffic, and one of our rooms was on the highway side of the building. For those that do not want the hustle and bustle of being in the midst of the tourist attractions, this location is fantastic! For what we were looking for in a place to stay in Arlington, this was definitely the place. We were a convenient drive from wherever we wanted to go. We are already planning our next trip to the area, and looking at no other hotel for a place to stay. Between the staff and location for our needs, there's none better. When we left and said goodbye to the staff, we felt as if we were saying goodbye to family. Kudos to the managers and the staff. Thank you. Best to you all. Your friends from Delaware...

Nice suite, great beds,OK pool, but an unreliable shuttle service. Was stranded for close to a 1-1/2 hours waiting for them to pick me up from Six Flags(within 3 miles) despite calls to the hotel after 20 minutes, 40 minutes and 60 minutes. My 6 year old son and I had to endure the 100 degree heat because we kept being told that the shuttle will be there shortly. Don't promote the fact that you have a free shuttle service if you can't back it up with reasonable service.
