  Visited Toronto for the first time for game at Rogers. This place was close to the Centre. We could park the car. It was clean, services were excellent, breakfast was great. Will definitely go back. A really perfect place!!

  The hotel was a little dingy, checking in was difficult with the layout of the parking lot, and the rooms lacked several amenities. The hotel staff was nosy and accused me of smoking in the room (which we weren't) and threatened me with an additional $250 'cleaning charge' for the offense, ruining our evening and making us consider checking out and finding another room. Fortunately, they didn't charge us any additional money, but it really ruined half of my vacation.

  The travel agent services are perfect (a 9 out of 10), but there is not enough information to make the right choice based on the family or personal needs. As stated, no swimming pool or fitness center to relax and keep the children busy. Free parking should be removed from amenities list, they cost $ *CND since Jan 1st/07. Beds are a pain in the back. Good option for active/adventure - business travelers - large groups that arrive the hotel in the night and leave in the morning, in a busy trips schedules.

  The only negatives we could give this hotel is they could use bigger tvs and maybe more options for continental breakfast. It was very close to all major attractions or to public transportation. Staff friendly and fast to respond to your needs.
