Hotel was nice and location was great. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast the next morning was great. The only things that were bothersome were the noisy plumbing, noisy A/C and noisy refrigerator.

As a "last minute deal" I decided to take the air/hotel trip to get away. I traveled alone and the cab ride was $ from PS airport to BW hotel. I recommend renting a car if traveling w/another person or if you want to do some extensive exploring. The hotel was clean with courtious staff. Decent cook to order breakfast...eggs, bacon, etc..There is shopping close by. I was adventorous and took the bus to downtown Palm Springs, only minutes from the airport. will definitely visit again.

Love the central air conditioning no motor noise. Great location. The pool is not large and they always run short of pool towels so take a towel to the pool with you unless you are one of the first 20 people for the pool. The breakfast was good, they fix a regular cafe breakfast with eggs to your order.

The room was pretty standard. There was a refridgerator and safe. It was clean and we had a 1st floor room with a small sitting area off the sliding back door very close to the pool which was nice. The grounds were very nice with all the greenery and beautiful flowering plants. The pool and hot tub were great, but no lighting at night (except inside the tub and pool when they remembered to turn them on). There was an area with misters running during the day in the pool area. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. You could order eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, oatmeal,etc. The only downside was how crowded the breakfast room was on sunday(Memorial day weekend). There was a long line the whole time we were there and it was difficult to get to the condiments and maneuver thru the tables. However, on saturday there were very few people in there and it was great. I recommend going on weekdays if at all possible.

We arrived 3 hours before check-in time. No problem. Room was very clean. Everything provided for -- even extra towels as we were sharing the room with another couple. The space was more than adequate. Quiet. Nice cooked to order simple breakfast. Quick check-out. We only stayed the one night but it was perfect for what we wanted. Cheap and nice! Friendly, helpful staff.
