We had a double queen suite and it was quite roomy with 2 sinks outside the toilet and shower area which was great. There was flavored water and sweet tea available in the lobby. Both were delicious. The breakfast and breakfast area were very nice, with many tasty choices and good seating. The location is good for downtown exploring and the front desk was very helpful. They also had a very nice pool/spa. We would have used it if we had been staying more than 1 night. If we were to return to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

Came to SLC for a conference @ the Salt Palace Convention Ctr; the Crystal Inn is approx 4 (big) blocks from the convention center - a brisk 10 minute walk. Benefits to the Crystal Inn include the nice breakfast in morning; pool; free airport shuttle; good value. Many restaurants within walking distance. MacDonalds right next door for ease & late night options. Great gelato place two blocks towards the Convention center. Staff very courteous & accommodating. Only downside was the liquor store <1 block away - a benefit anytime except for Saturday night when it turned into a pretty hoppin' place. Would definitely stay here again if I were coming for another convention.

This hotel was great in most every way. Great location, friendly staff, fulll, complementary breakfast (especially loved the oatmeal!), oversized room with really comfy mattresses, free papers and parking. The price was great too, especially with the ""Save $75"" special for using MasterCard. The only thig I'd change is the towels, which were a bit skimpy. We'll be back again in March!

We came to SLC for a convention and chose a great place and the price was right.. Room was very clean, spacious, and had the most comfortable, giant bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Salt Palace is within walking distance which was nice. Breakfast was included every morning which was also pretty cool! Overall, a thumbs up!

I love this hotel it is really close to everything I need in SLC. it is clean. breakfast is great it even has cappucchino there is a fridge and a microwave. the rooms are really big plently of room for the little ones to run around. and my favorite part the doors shut quietly so you don't hear them slaming all night long. plus free parking (that can be hard to find downtown) all in all it is a great value I stay here often. and recommend it to my friends.
