  Centrally located, luxurious with excellent customer service. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant/bar and the cigar room. Very nice and spacious rooms, although some rooms that are not part of the original structure are not easy to get to.

  I could go on and on about how bad this expereience was... whenever i asked about advertised/promised services i was told, ""oh no, you have cheap internet rate - that ...

  I could go on and on about how bad this expereience was... Whenever I asked about advertised/promised services I was told, ""oh no, you have cheap internet rate - that is not included."" Nice facade, but when the rubber hit the road, there was rude, inconsiderate service, and a variety services that were never provided or available. Hated it.
