Had a couple of small problems but they took care of it and seemed sincerely sorry. They upgraded us too. Was a little far to walk to the park but it couldbe done. Everything was clean and well kept. Savd us a ton bein able to pack 6 in a room and comfortably too. I would recommend it.

Paid $ on a Friday Night; is walking distance to everything about a mile walk though; so may be worth the $ /day bus pass if you are with kids. Rooms were very clean; hardwood floor in our unit nice bath & beds. Fridge & Microwave in room. Stayed one night and got more than our money worth. Also small pool and hot tub on site we didn't use them FREE PARKING.

Good rooms for larger families. Seperate room with bunk beds and pull out couch + the 2 queens in first room. 2 full baths which is very convenient & important when you have 6 ppl in a room. I recommend requesting a room on the 1st floor. One elevator across the parking lot is slow. We did not drive, but if you do, parking is not adequate for the number of rooms/guests. The continental breakfast had a nice variety for a complimentary buffet. The disney bus system was not easy to figure out as far as arrival and departure from the hotel. The first day we lucked out and caught the bus right as we came out of hotel. After that, it took along time every morning as there are so many stops. The walk is not too bad, about 15 minutes. It was quicker to walk but not as fun on the way home. If you catch the bus, make sure you take #14 green to the park and bus #6 yellow home to the hotel. The #6 will drop you off across the street at the Doubletree, but is much quicker than taking the #14 home! There is a convenience store right at the hotel which was very nice. You can only buy day bus passes there though, so you neee to purchase multi day at the park or a hotel down the street. The only reason that I would not stay at the hotel again would be the bus system and distance. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed for one night, then moved. Handicapped parking not available - covered by construction materials. Thin walls, and creaky floors. Very noisy laundry room, disruptive from 2 rooms away. No closet, hard beds and very lumpy pillows. Front desk never answered the phones, and we were given a hard time for checking out early. Lots of people smoking and drinking outside our rooms until late at night. People on ground floor playing loud car radio with the door open.

  • Great location and deal for the money

Stay of 3 nights with 2 adults and 1 6yr old for a Disneyland trip. Good price for room. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs and biscuits and gravy, sweet rolls, donuts, toast and bagels, and cereal. Good enough to get the day started. Great view from balcony of night fireworks from Disneyland in case tots can't make it that long at the Park. If you want bottled water, get it from the on-site store--99 cents and $2 from the machine on each floor. Comfortable 2 queen beds and clean rooms. Its a fairly long walk to the Park but doable unless you have little ones. Parking is a little meager and some doubling-up may be necessary. All in all, worth the money and location is great. Plenty of reasonable restraurants close by and the Yogurt shop down the street is super, Will return on next Disney trip.
