I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CARE AND CLEANLINESS THAT THIS HOTEL HAD TO OFFER. MY ROOM WAS WAS LEFT IN DISARRAY AND FILTH AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS CLEAN. THE TOILET WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY. THE SEAT WAS BROKEN WHICH MADE IT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO USE. THERE WERE BUGS IN MY ROOM AND THE TUB WAS STOPPED UP, DRAINING VERY SLOWLY. MY ROOM WAS SWITCHED THE FOLLOWING DAY TO, WHAT I THOUGHT, WERE BETTER ACCOMMODATIONS. THE DOOR WAS DIFFICULT TO UNLOCK AND HARD TO PUSH OPEN. THERE WERE NO WASH CLOTHES IN MY BATHROOM. THE SOAP DISPENSER WAS INOPERABLE AND THERE WERE STAINS AT THE BOTTOM OF MY SHEETS. I INFORMED THE FRONT DESK, ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, THAT I WAS BEING BITTEN BY BUGS IN MY BED AND NO ONE EVER RECTIFIED THE SITUATION. WHEN I RETURNED HOME I HAD TO SEE A DOCTORS FOR THE MULTITUDE OF BITES, ONLY TO BE INFORMED THAT I WAS SEVERLY BITTEN BY BED MITES ALL OVER MY BACK ,LEGS & ARMS. I HAD TO REMOVE ALL OF THE CLOTHING FROM MY SUITCASE THAT I HAD WORN ON MY TRIP AND HAVE THEM SANITIZED, AS WELL AS, MY BEDROOM SHEETS AND PILLOWS. I AM CURRENTLY TAKING MEDICATION FOR THE BITES AND I'M HAVING DIFFICULTY DOING MY JOB, SEEING AS THOUGH I AM CONSTANTLY SCRATCHING THE BUMPS ALL OVER MY BODY. THE BUFFET WAS ACCOMMODATING, HOWEVER, I DID SEE A BUG (ROACH) ON ONE OF THE BUFFET STATIONS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE ELSE.

security at the front treated us like we vendors instead of paying customers. The front desk was ok but the rest of the staff need a lesson hospitalitY. Staff should always greet customers(good morning, afternoon,etc.). The manager at the Vacation Club was extremely rude. She asked us how we like our room and when we told her we didn't love it she said that was what we deserved for not buying the timeshare she was selling. The rooms were acceptable but far from top of the line or even average. The bathrooms were definately unacceptable! The food was not good!!! The entertainment staff could improve as well.

Staff should always greet customers(good morning, afternoon,etc.). The manager at the Vacation Club was extremely rude. I went with my boyfriend for my birthday weekend. The place was nice and the christmas decorations were excellent. The beach looked nasty because of all the rain the week before. The best part was the different pools. If I wanted some quiet time there was a pool area for that , if I wanted excitment I stayed in the major pool. My boyfriend's complain was not enough food.Breakfast and lunch was good but not enough selection for dinner nor late snacks. If you want to be catered to the staff is not there for you. There wasn't one waiter who would even get you water during your meal. I recommend the ala carte rest. they would take care of you and the food was good. I would go again but not anytime soon. P.S. go on the Magical Night tour in Ocean World great.
