  Not enough words to describe what a eonderful "feel" the place has to it. right in the middle of town but man oh man what an oasis!!!!!!!

  My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon - and would go back in a minute! It is very close to the center of the city, but feels a world away. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the spa tops it all off! The wineries were our big attraction, but this was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of sipping wine!

  The hotel staff was great...from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the very helpful woman at the daily comp wine and cheese. The room was beautiful with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The gardens around the hotel are so beautiful and well maintained...I wanted to take home the rosemary bush that was taller than me! Great spa treatments and steakhouse too. We will definitely be back for an anniversary trip.

  Macarthur place is a great hotel. intimate setting, great rooms, and walking distance ot the town square. it also has a great pool.

  This is one of the best places to stay in town. Nearby Downtown Sonoma's Square and a stones throw from the best wineries in the area. Great places to eat and many sport activities. Recommend visiting during the summer or autumn months.
