  I've been there twice, and will be heading back early December. The hotel is very nice and the people are friendly. I've never had any problems with bugs like the other person mentioned. The one thing you have to understand about Aruba is the people there are not in any hurry to do anything! If you go to a restaurant and order a burger... it'll probably take a half hour before you get it.They have a very laid back and relaxed attitude about everything. The best policy is just to join them, take deep breath, and slow everything down for a while. That's what vacations are about anyway. Not a great place for teens/early 20 somethings. It's not a party hotel. The hotel is definitely geared towards adults and they won't tolerate wild parties that disrupt their other guests. Oh, I'd recommend going over your hotel bill very carefully. It's not uncommon to find mistakes where a snorkeling boat or such charged your room by mistake. That's all over Aruba, not just this hotel. Also avoid the casinos. One of the jokes down there is they have no sharks... except for casino sharks and they should be avoided at all costs! I thought that was funny when I heard it. Btw, the Atlantis submarine tour is excellent. You'll never get a chance like that again unless you take up scuba diving. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth doing at least once.

  We just came back on 11/02 Hotel is nice, rooms are clean, staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, our vacation was ruined by the mosquitos. They were everywhere: at the beach, in the sand, at the pool area. We were bitten mercesly. ""Off"" repellent did not help-do not waste your money
