  This motel was very nice. Front desk was very friendly. Pool was a little smaller than expected but since my spouse left our bags at home we didnt get to use it anyways:) We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it also had a one person jacuzzi in the bathrooom also. The view was beautiful. Gift shop was small but the lady there was very nice and got us tickets for the Baldnobbers which was great. The breakfast was awesome. They had everything that you could possibly want to eat. If my kids had gone they would not complain and they are picky, and there was a attendant to help if you had any questions and they came by and took your plates off the table. I have stayed at many hotels/motels in Branson since we live close enough and this one tops them all. I was very impressed. The motel is one block off the strip and right across from one of the big malls. You could almost jump and be on the strip.

  We stayed here for 2 nights In June with no problems. The staff was friendly and when we had to leave one night earlier than planned they were understanding and did not charge us a cancellation fee. The pool was nice but a little on the small side. My favorite part was the warm breakfast buffet!

  This is definitely a hotel for the older crowd. The restaurant on premises features a singer who only does ""old"" classics. (Think Andy Williams). Breakfast was nice but again surrounded by retired groups.

  We looked for pillow top beds for our bad backs and found the Grand Plaza. The beds were replaced in the last year and good. We have stayed in a lot of places in Branson and many are older and trashed. This is a nice middle-to-upper lever hotel. Much better than the average motor inn or cookie cutter, small room stay. We did not have the breakfast but heard it was nice also. This was very nice and will stay there again!!!!

  The rooms were small, the breakfast was second rate. The location was off the strip. Desk was nice enough--but there wasn't much else to speak good about. Doubt that I'll ever return. Good luck if you go.
