Had a GREAT holiday !!
06/11/2009I spent the week of my birthday here and couldn't have been happier !! i was lucky enough to get a fabulous ocean view room that brought the pacific up ...
I spent the week of my birthday here and couldn't have been happier !! I was lucky enough to get a fabulous ocean view room that brought the Pacific up close and picture perfect... The sunsets from my balcony were to die for... I don't think I would have been so thrilled with a room towards the back or side of the resort... I was there as a single and the room was more than enough space for me and any guests that I had... There were very few other guests at the resort during my stay which was fine by me... The gay beach is just next door and had a fun mix of entertaining beachgoers !! It seems the owners are trying to market a Gay Timeshare option, so I must admit that they were somewhat aggressive about getting me to listen to that... But if you can handle the beach vendors, then I think you can handle these guys too... You can decide to hear their presentation or not... I chose not to... Be prepared to pay a little extra for phone & internet access... I think I would have actually cooked in the full kitchen if it would have been a gas stove instead of electric... hehe... All service was prompt & attentive for me... I'll end where I started... I had a GREAT vacation here at the Blue Seas !!

A n ice conversion in progress with an exceptional location and beautiful beach. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They are trying hard to cater to the gay clientel, but still have some condo-owner holdouts. But they are nice and welcoming as well. Secure and clean. The only problem is the pigeon problem on the balconies.

If you like spring break-8 people in a 1 bedroom-1 person dead another hospitalized for drug OD at Xmas break this is your place. In high season, populated by retirees, families, children and grandchildren. As an owner & retiree with children visiting it is perfect for me.

this is NOT a gay resort. 70% of occupants over Christmas/New years are the 'owners' in this fractionally owned condominium comples. It has been sold as a 'time share' before then these people were told they could no longer come here. Now it is being sold AGAIN as a time share. It started as a fractional-deeded condo unit with the promise that time share would never be sold. The staff is good the rest is uncomfortable as there is always hassle between the fractional owners and the administration who is trying to turn the place into something it wasn't suppose to be. As always---Investors beware.
