  We chose this hotel because we thought it was wheelchair accessible. when we arrived we found out it was not. the staff checked with one of their other hotels nearby ...

  We chose this hotel because we thought it was wheelchair accessible. when we arrived we found out it was not. the staff checked with one of their other hotels nearby and got us an accessible room for the next three nights. The staff was extremely helpful - we count not have asked for more. The location is very good, close to everything. If we did not need an accessible room I would stay there again.

  The hotel was nice, room was very small but clean. down side - interior was very dark, not good for claustrophobics! restaurant was a bit pricey for what was offered. staff ...

  The hotel was nice, room was very small but clean. Down side - interior was very dark, not good for claustrophobics! Restaurant was a bit pricey for what was offered. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Hotel is located in front of property being renovated. Ugly curtain outside the window to hide the site.

  The room was clean and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The bed was actually two small beds - this was a little disapointing but as I can tell very common for Europe. Overall a very pleasurable experience at a very affordable price for Madrid

  Well decorated, good location. The breakfast buffet is the best I've seen. Down side, the web connection was down for 4 days. I would stay at the Vincci again because of the location and interior design.

  Our first hotel in Spain. It was beautiful. My father is a retired plummer and took many pictures of the bathroom. Room a little small, but we expected this in Europe. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated, ample closet space. And the location is great... just a block from a Metro and near Plaza del Sol. Will always stay here in Madrid!
