  This is a wonderful place to stay in Manila. I have been here three times now and I can not think of better location and accommodating place to stay. It is very safe and secure. They screen every care that enters the hotel. The staff is wonderfully helpful and courteous It has top rated restaurants. The spa is wonderful. The casino is good fun; but you can not drink and gamble. Room service is excellent yet this is perhaps the only place to take concern. Room service already charges % as is custom in the region yet the servers seem to sometimes expect more. It’s a small matter but still should not be expected.

  This property exceeded my expectations for what a hyatt hotel should be. all employees are very helpful and friendly. casino has a main entrance separate from the hotel main lobby.
