Location, location, location is excellent and in the heart of shopping (1 block to Mich Ave/Magnificient Mile), restaurants, etc. Thirty eight dollars/day for parking is expensive and because parking downtown is hard to find we ended up walking instead of driving from place to place. If we stayed here again I consider taking a cab instead of renting a car to avoid the parking ramp fee. Room was clean, bed was good, micro, frig, coffee maker are nice to have in room. Loved the Grand Lux Cafe (across street) & The Rosebud (2 blocks) for authentic Italian. Best pizza ever at Pizano's and Kinzie Chophouse was also top shelf. Would stay at Four Points again & love the Windy City!

Room was ok. We had a late check in and was greeted nicely. After returning to the hotel the following day, the maid had only made the beds, no trash emptyed, coffee pot was dirty, no new coffee /tea, no cups, etc. The air condition had been turned off and the room was hot. I could almost live with that, but parking was $ per day. I spent more for parking that I did food for 2 people. The continental breakfast consisted of rolls, muffins, and pastry, cost $. If you have cash to burn, stay at the Four Points.

Had a wonderful time and the room was everything that you advertised it to be. Parking was a preminum but other than that I would stan there again in a heart beat. Didn't really care for the hotel breakfast to expensive.
