The first time we stayed, we had absolutely no complaints with the exception of a weak Internet connection. We were staying in a basement-level room, and only had service in the bedroom. However, the second time we stayed, we found our bed to be very uncomfortable (the pull-out sofabed was better!) We also discovered that their Internet access does not work if it is snowing outside - I'm assuming they have satellite/microwave internet. That being said, the staff are still friendly, the location is great, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hot tub is great, and the locker rooms are clean.

The first time we stayed, we had absolutely no complaints with the exception of a weak Internet connection. We were staying in a basement-level room, and only had service in the bedroom. We are thrilled with Cap tremblant. The family pool and slide are such fun and the lifeguards are very vigilant. 24hour parking security and wonderful views are only some of the attractions. With 15min. shuttles to the ski village and suite like condos I can't wait to go back. I am in love with this place.
