The hotel looked cool from the outside and the acquarium was nice. However, I was suprised to see the condition of the hallways and the room itself. For such a new hotel - it looked beat up. It was dirty and not maintained. The only thing I will say - if I had to pick a positive- the price and location was good.

My husband and our friends went on a cruise and stayed here the night before. This is probably the nicest, cleanest(I own a cleaning service)hotel we have stayed in when in florida. The front desk people were very nice and had a gteat sense of humor which we love. Our friends want me to book this hotel for our cruise next November. We were all impressed, especially for the price. Thank You Four Points for a great start to our vacation!!!!

My Wife and I booked this room a few months in advance of our trip. We reservd a King Suite. WOW we were so suprised to find the suite had a living room and spa tub with a very large stand-up shower. After driving 3 hours in heavy trafic, this was a welcome site. We stayed two nights and loved it. Angel your the man! Thank you for your suggestions of fun things to do in Cocoa Beach!

The hotel was advertised as being part of the Ron Jon complex in Cocoa Beach. When we arrived, we discovered that the store attached to the hotel was not Ron Jon's but another surf company. The beach was not ""steps away"" but 2 1/2 blocks away. The pool was located in the parking garage. The buffet breakfast lacked toast, milk, cereal, muffins, an omlet station, pancakes, waffles, etc. No newspapers were available - not even for purchase. TV remote didn't work. Room had a worn appearance. The business center had no a/c. The sofa and chair had rips on them. It certainly was not up to Sheraton standards.

We stayed one night before our cruise left. What a great hotel. the rooms are large, the food was great. It was conveniently located a short block from the beach. I suggest if you're staying before a cruise to come early and spend the day in Cocoa Beach. The hotel is conveniently located to two very large surf shops for some fun shopping. The one negative is the pool is teeny tiny. My kids didn't get to swin in the pool since it was full. My kids want to come back for a future vacation.
