We have never felt so much like royalty as we did at the Watermark. The service was impeccable without being pretentious or snobby. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was just beautiful--super roomy.

Very pricey hotel but worth the money once in a while. The spa is really nice, it has everything from wet/dry sauna to whirlpool to showers with everything waiting inside. Then an area where you can blowdry your hair with brushes, combs, hairspray... In our room each day, someone came in to turn down the bed & left chocolate. Nice! There was a shower & separate whirlpool tub. Also nice! Huge bathroom. Make sure you take your key card everywhere with you like at night to get back into the hotel from the riverwalk. You need it to operate the elevator to go to the floor you want. The restaurant, Pesca, is PRICEY but good. The 2 of us spent $100. there just for dinner. Some good things are that the ticket place to buy tickets for the boat ride is very close. Also, very nearby is a dueling piano bar Howl at the Moon, it was major fun! At the hotel we valet parked for $28ish a night, WOW. But in front of the hotel there is NO parking, only brief parking. That was bad because I dont know where else you would park. Make SURE that when you do need your car, call down to the front desk & ask for it to be brought around or you will have to wait 10-15 min in the lobby.

Loved, Loved, Loved this hotel! our family, which included our college age kids had a great time. The hotel was booked full with spring breakers, we had booked two rooms, hoping to get a two double bed room for our kids, it didn't pan out. But the hotel made every effort to accomadate us. They gave us a huge corner room that was a connecting suite with the kids. Although they had run out of cots, they had housekeeping bring huge pillows and comforters, blankets, sheets for my son to make a bed on the chair and ottoman. The kids actually fought for the chair bed the last night, it was so comfy! The entire staff was great, especially X and the wait staff at Pesca. All the surrounding restaurants were overflowing with long waits, but the concierge helped get us reservations at their sister hotel across the river, La Mansion. My only disappointment is that the pool is awfully small, and a couple of families with kids can be overwhelming.

Our experience at the Watermark was unbelievable. The concierge was very helpful and gracious. We found our rooms to be spacious and beautifully decorated. We got a great night's rest in the comfortable beds. We were able to control our room temperature with a separate thermostat. Both the spa tub and marble shower were wonderful. This hotel is perfectly located along the riverwalk. Our family took advantage of eating breakfast each morning outside at Pesca. We also enjoyed several dinners at Pesca. Delicious! Excellent service. Our stay at the Watermark will be one that we never forget!
