I just got back from staying here in Boston. My sister and I were quite pleased with the hotel. It is in a great location in the Back Bay area close to Newbury Street, the transit, Prudential Towers and other attractions. We found the room very nice. The beds were so comfortable and the heated towels were an added touch along with the robes. The only thing I would have liked would have been complimentary coffee in the lobby. We also enjoyed having a bar and restaurant in the hotel. I definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

From the moment we arrived, earlier than check-in, the staff was welcoming and accomdating. The hotel was immaculate, beautifully appointed and for the first time in my travels, I never had to call housekeeping for more towels, pillows or reclean the bathroom. The room was a good size, centrally located to everything, excellent restaurant and we were treated as valued guests. I was sorry to leave and would stay there again on our next trip to Boston.

We booked two days before our stay, and were able to get a $* rate (not including taxes) on travel online. The hotel was a bargain, particularly at that price. The room was very clean, and the bathroom reasonably large and with nice amenities, including a rain showerhead. Free Wifi was included. All staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is located a block and a half from the Orange Line on the T and three blocks from the Green Line, as well as 2 blocks from Copley Square. Lots of restaurants, bars, and neat shops are nearby, and this is a good walking area. Breakfast was good, but a bit pricy ($15 for eggs/bacon breakfast). There is a nice terrace outdoors where one can dine. I'd strongly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.

Recently stayed @ hotel and thought it was wonderful. Rooms were a little small, however friendly staff, caring and always willing to lend a hand. Rooms were clean, bathroom was big no tub. Would definitely stay again and I also recommend this hotel.
