  We chose this hotel at the end of a long trip and without understanding its distance from the city area of Frankfurt. The hotel itself was very pleasant .It had a welcoming atmosphere and we sat in the lounge bar for several hours which had a pleasant band and plenty of life.It had a pleasant outlook onto gardens.It was just disappointing to be so far from the city.City tour was interesting and informative. The staff were helpful and friendly.

  Very modern hotel with a very nice lobby, bars, restaurant and decor. Room was nice but small with a queen size bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dust was found on coffee maker and near the minibar area. Most likely someone missed it unintentionally. Flat screen TV has some antenna problem so some channels were not very clear otherwise it was fine. Hotel offers free high speed wireless or LAN connection which was very nice. ATM in the lobby is a good service. Magazines and local tourist information was available in the room. Minibar selection was small but reasonably priced compared to European standards.
  
  Room service was good no extra service charges or gratuity were included in the room service bill. Wake up call was promptly made. Coffee and breakfast items like fruits etc were available at 5.00 am in the lobby. The only thing this hotel really and badly needs is a hotel shuttle service to and from the Frankfurt Airport which can offset a 26 Euro taxi charge and also increase business to this hotel, a clock in the room and proper instructions to set the thermostat in the room. There are many restaurants and shopping facilities available nearby that a visitor can use during their stay at this hotel. Also there was no problem in getting a taxi early in the morning to Frankfort Airport.
