Our experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim Disneyland was wonderful! We arrived early and were able to check in right away. It was very quiet--set back from Harbor Blvd. We chose this hotel because of the location. We wanted something close to both Disneyland and the Garden Walk. It was a nice 15 minute walk to both. I've read reviews where people said it was too far from Disneyland, but we liked being out of the main hustle and bustle and we really enjoy a nice walk in the morning. The service was wonderful. We had a refrigerator that made a buzzing noise and was keeping our toddler awake during her nap. We called the front desk and had someone checking it out within 15 minutes and a replacement fridge within the next 5 minutes! My husband forgot to remove the do not disturb sign one morning so we needed new towels when we returned that night. We had them within minutes. We needed new sheets another day and they were at our door within five minutes. Great customer service! Loved having a fridge in our room ;one of the amenities I looked for when booking and the infused water in the lobby when we returned each night after a hot day at the park. The hotel is clean and the rooms have nice up-to-date decor. The only thing we would have liked that would have made our stay perfect, was a free continental buffet like other hotels. We did eat breakfast at the restaurant most mornings, but it was pricey. We plan to bring all our married children and a granddaughter with us next year, so we will need a place with a continental breakfast that isn't going to break us. Otherwise we would stay here again.

I thought the hotel was wonderful. The front desk was very helpful. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was in a good area to walk around sand sight see and to get to Disney. We would stay there again.

We stayed here one night then moved onto the Marriott near the convention center. This hotel is ok. The room was smaller than I thought. It was clean, though. The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful with any questions. I wanted a bigger room and the other Marriott seem to have a better room and more variety.

This Hotel is 2-3 star at best. The Staff was friendly and accomodated our early check in but during our five day stay we found the housekeeping services severely lacking. Plus catching the ART to Disneyland is inconvenient since you have to walk through two parking lots over to the Marriot to catch the shuttle to Disneyland. You can stay closer to the park for about the same money and have fewer wrinkles in your stay.

The walls are very thin! Could hear people talking next door, upstairs and in the hallway. Doors to rooms slamming all the time and very loud! We had no hot water to shower with at all. Front desk didn't know how to solve this problem. The beds were not comfortable at all--backaches the next morning. Would probably not stay here again. Very clean, but it is brand new.
