I would definatly stay here again. The staff speaks English and is wonderful & helpful. The front desk gave great tips for sight seeing as well. (The Schoenbrunn Palace is only a block & a half away and is amazing to see.) The breakfast restuarant in the hotel was very good. The rooms are big, clean, well maintained, modern and have great amenities like iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The location of this hotel is only a one minute walk from the metro line, just get off at the Shoenbrunn metro station walk a 1/2 block down to Shoenbrunn schlossstrasse (the first left.. not the second), walk another 100 yards and your there. The Metro gets to the downtown area in about 10 minutes from Schoenbrunn.

We had a great time in Vienna and the hotel was better than I expected for the great price we paid. The 2008 EuroCup was going on in Vienna at the time and all hotels closer into the main part of the city were 4-5X the price of this one. The value was great and the proximity to the Underground was super super close which made getting into the heart of the city so easy. The staff was so nice and we had a meal in the restaurant which was very good.

The location of this hotel is a little far out of town but one block from tram and palace.By far the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in , in all of europe. Usualy hotels are rated by european standards and this one is great and only about two years old

The address on the online travel website city was either incorrect or we were not able to find anyone to help us. The car rental place gave directions, but when we couldn't find it we called the hotel. They were unable to give us clear directions and they said there were by the airport. Needless to say, we never found it and drove on to our original destination and found a wonderful hotel there. This hotel was suppose to be on the west side of Vienna and the hotel personnel told us it was right by the airport. Double check to address before you book.

My wife and I stayed here in December of 06 for a week and it was great, the staff was very nice, rooms were great and the location 1 block from the U was perfect for us to travel all over the city.
