  The hotel was nice. The people were nice too, but they managed to 4/5 times get our room service order wrong and everytime they would forget something they would have to return to our room and they would charge us a service fee again. There was no pool to lounge around in. In addition, the front desk forgot to wake us up when asked to and we almost missed our tour we had planned that day. The hotel charges way too much for the tours; it seems like they charged us double for all of our tours in comparison to other hotels and agencies. Nice people, but too many mistakes.

  The front desk service was lousy and slow. The room was satisfactory, but not for the price.
  When checking out we discovered that they charged us an additional $* per day for the internet service (one would assume it is free as in most hotels). They also attempted to charge us for room service and other items we never used. After disputing the charges they simply threw that invoice away, (I felt they were trying to gouge us and hoped we wouldn't notice). We settled our account never to reutrn again.

  It is incredible that a "new" hotel has such a lack of staff, and the ones @ the front desk had the worst attitude ever.

  It is incredible that a "new" hotel has such a lack of staff, and the ones @ the front desk had the worst attitude ever.
  
  I could not find a clean carpet in hallways or in my room, the hotel in general look dirty, and it is a pitty because the location in excelent, and we think that because CR is a very well known hotel chain that would be a guarantee.
  
  Be carefull, there are a lot more options to stay in Santa Fe.
