This is a comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good and they even had plenty of happy hour food; however, we had an ugly second floor room that we didn't prefer. Next time, I'll go with the Hampton.

My Mother and I stayed here, twice in the last few weeks. We were traveling to Houston from Arizona, so we stayed each way. The hotel is fantastic, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, close to lots of places to eat, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is delicious, lots of things to choose from. We were unable to make it to the hotel's happy hour where they serve snacks and beverages. I'm sure it was nice. The pool looked clean and well cared for, we didn't use it. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I have been duped a few times at hotels in Amarillo, this one is my favorite.

My Mother and I stayed here, twice in the last few weeks. We were traveling to Houston from Arizona, so we stayed each way. The hotel is fantastic, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, close to lots of places to eat, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is delicious, lots of things to choose from. We were unable to make it to the hotel's happy hour where they serve snacks and beverages. I'm sure it was nice. The pool looked clean and well cared for, we didn't use it. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I have been duped a few times at hotels in Amarillo, this one is my favorite.

Reserved & prepaid for a non-smoking room. When I arrived, all they had available was a smoking room. They claimed that the reservation online was for a smoking room, but I later found out that was not the case. I believe they oversold the non-smoking rooms, and then tryed to blame it on the online company Also, the room was noisy, and the hotel was way to busy for the level of staff they had. ""Business"" Center was tied up with kids playing computer games.

We spent two separate nights here on the road. The beds were really comfy with nice sheets and the room was super clean. We really loved the free wi-fi in our rooms since we take our laptops everywhere we go. A nice complimentary breakfast with a variety of different selections. Don't forget to attend the manager's reception/social hour in the evening where you can have up to three free alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, some mixed drinks) and some nibbles. The evening food wasn't very good - hot dogs, chips, veggies, nachos, etc - but that's not a big deal since there are several decent restaurants next to the hotel. It is a very nice hotel.
