We were here for a romantic getaway, and this certainly did not disappoint. The staff was excellent from the bellman, front desk, room service, in room massage therapist. The room was beautifully appointed. if it was located in the midst of a vineyard, it would be twice as expensive. It was absolutely wonderful and can't wait to stay again. My only suggestion for improvement is for room service to bring a table---other than that it was perfect.

We enjoyed a two room suite at a very fair price. It contained every amenity. Each room has a large flat screen TV. The rooms are equipped with desk top computers which are easy to use and complimentary. The bath facilities are beautiful; spacious shower with efficient shower head and plenty of hot water. Two sinks in a large polished granite top. The furniture and all furnishings spell luxury. The service, at every level is personal, forthcoming and exceedingly cheerful. No attitude anywhere. If you need any kind of help, he concierge, is ever ready to give you a hand. She is a rare person in a hotel situation. A great advertisement for this facility. The hotel is within 10 minutes of one of the top Calfornia restaurants, McPhees. Excellent food in a very pleasant setting. Stay here. You will like it.

This hotel is definitely nice, but definitely not worth the price. The rooms are nice, and the hotel staff is very polite. We did enjoy our stay, but found that rooms at the Carlton in Atascadero were equally nice and 25% less. Also, La Bellasera has that Hotel feel, where as the Carlton has more of a luxury resort feel (we loved the operable casements, and the historic building of the Carlton, definately a first class operation, great coffee too). On our next visit we will definitely check pricing at La Bellasera, and will choose to stay if the price is around $***.***. Otherwise, we just can't justify paying more than what we would pay at a far nicer hotel 10 miles south.
