Love this hotel. Location is easy. Best rooms are located near the pool with a balcony. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. They do have problems with the reach of their wireless internet so bring your ethernet cable. Breakfast is great. Giuseppe's Ristorante off of Price Street has fantastic food and wine. Overall, this is probably your best choice hotel in Pismo Beach. I did notice that if you treat the staff nicely, they will reflect your attitude and treat you well. So I recommend to those out there who are expecting a five star slave service cruise of a hotel, be nice. This is a democratic hotel and fits all my needs perfectly.

After a 9 1/2 drive from S. Oregon this was a great place to land. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I didn't mind that it was far from the beach. My room was right next to the breakfast area & I couldn't hear a thing! The bed was very comfy. Love black out curtains. I'll stay there again.

Nice hotel with bigger than usual rooms

I was really impressed with this hotel, it was very clean, easy access from the highway, and their breakfast that comes with the room pricing is well worth it. All in all I would recommend Mission Inn to everyone!!!

The hotel itself is in a nice area. It's very close to the outlet mall and it is a good place to be because it is halfway between many places a tourist would typically go to. My check in experience wasn't great. I'm used to more upbeat people behind the counter when I check in. The guy didn't even tell me what room I was in. He handed me the keys and told me one level down in the elevator. I think that was the longest sentence he said to me during the check in process. The shower in the bathroom was awful. The floor was constantly flooded even with just jumping in the shower to rise off after going to the beach. I realized that if I put the hand towels on the floor at the corners of the tub, the towels helped soak up the water. The breakfast buffet was above average. The staff in the breakfast area was also really good. I didn't care for the fact that you had to go to the front desk everyday to get breakfast tickets for the next day. The refrigerator and microwave in the room were very convenient. I've stayed in better hotels in the Pismo area. I'll be paying a little bit more next time for better service and accommodations.
