This hotel was in the process of renovation when we arrived, so there was no pool and no restaurant but the room was completely new and awesome! Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The desk clerks were pleasant and helpful. The only not-so-great element was that when we turned on the A/C dead gnats came shooting out, probably because it was brand-new. We were more than willing to overlook this one fault when the rest of our experience was so fabulous.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. My little girl's blanket got wrapped up in the sheets and was taken to house keeping they were very fast to get this back to us once we called. I also left my dress in the closet and was headed towards home before I realized it, I called and they had it in storage for me. I called Thursday several days after our stay and had realized I had left my shoes in the bottom of the closet in which they had them too, and are going to send them to me. WOW that is great!!! The front desk agents were so very nice. I would stay here over and over again even though they were under constuction. Very clean! Way to go house keeping!! I can't wait to see and stay there when it is all finished. Keep up the good work Ramada Northwest Des Moines.
