Great Hotel
09/04/2008Having gone to school in albany, i wanted a nice hotel to stay at while visiting my brothers who are now are attending school in albany as well...... the staff ...
Having gone to school in Albany, I wanted a nice hotel to stay at while visiting my brothers who are now are attending school in Albany as well...... The staff at the hotel had been extremely friendly and helpful, the entire hotel was spotless and welcoming. The room had looked brand new, and had a flat screen television and the beds had been over the top comfortbale. The gym and pool had just the perfect machines I had wanted, as well as free weights. The hotel is located off the NYS Thruway, and is directly across the street from SUNY ALBANY. It was very close to tons of places to eat, as well as places to shop. I will be staying at this hotel for all of my future and frequent stays to Albany.

08/18/2008Booked a suite with a king bed on travel website and was given a handicapped room with 2 double beds. they could have cared less. sorry to paris hilton but ...
Booked a Suite with a King Bed on travel website and was given a handicapped room with 2 double beds. They could have cared less. Sorry to Paris Hilton but this is one customer that won't be staying at another Hilton.
