Got to the room and the sheets had holes in them from cigerettes, the shower floor was very dirty. No flat screen t.v. Only good thing was the location right off 95 and the a.c. worked well.

OK for Price and Travel Location
05/16/2009Renovated with good amenities. comfortable, can be noisy. wendy's and denny's almost across the street. service very good. regular continental breakfast.

Those old reviews were before this site was updated by new management. I Stayed here Feb of 2009 for 1 week. Found rooms and grounds to be very clean and well maintained. Hotel is just off I-95 and very convienient to all locations in the Palm Beach area. Very well maintained and grounds are updated with plenty of trees and flowers. Rooms are not huge, but all are updated with microwave, hair dryer and refrigerator. TV's are new flat screen 32 " and plenty of movie channels. Breakfast bar is a continental and has what you should expect. Management is very friendly and responsive to the customers needs. For budget concious this is a great deal for the money. you just cant beat this deal. I would stay here again.

Bad Choice
11/05/2008Looked nice but i was wrong, checked into the hotel room and first thing i noticed was the smell od mildew and thick air, after febreezing (smell improved a little) ...
Looked nice but i was wrong, checked into the hotel room and first thing i noticed was the smell od mildew and thick air, after febreezing (smell improved a little) checked out the bathroom, setup was a nice thought but it looked run down and the shower floor was coming up, the room in general looked like it had seen better days. I would not stay in this hotel again. Oh and the continental breakfast they serve is just muffins and bagels, not a great experience!

I stayed in this hotel for many reasons... the price being number one and the location to the beach. I was not disapointed at all with this hotel... as a matter of fact I was very surprised. The area is known for high crime, however I felt completly comfortable and safe in the area. The hotel is right off of 95 which makes it easy to get anywhere in West Palm you need to go. The beach is a beautiful beach with little shops and food places... .and the best part is it is free parking. (try to find that in palm beach along with a huge amt of sand.) The rooms were very small but the beds were great. The TV is wonderful not to mention all the movie chanels you get on it. There is a fridge and microwave in the room alson with full iron and board and hair dryer. The shower is a little rough, but hey with all the sand from beach it is hard to keep unscratched. The staff was very friendly and respected our privacy. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone who wants to save some money and still have a great time.
