  I think the hotel is extremely nice, the decor is great and fior the price.. unbelievable. However, ... I had some real problems. First, the hotel advertised free internet but did not offer this as part of the flight + hotel deal. Second, it said that its terrific health facilty with dry and steam sauna were not ready> Now I have travelled the world over and selecting a hotel with good fitness facility is prime.. But this really ticked me off since the blurb said that it was available. Third, with all the construction around, work starts at 2 AM or so. And, let me tell you, that is a majr, major pain to bear with. I had to keep the windows open since the A/C was supposedly OK but kept the room so warm and humid. Fourth, when I complained to the front desk, the person said that the A/C issue ""must"" have been fixed. I was too damn tired to argue on the 3rd day. Some positive points. One of the front desk persons-- who had spent 18 months at Westin in Florida-- was much more sympathetic and at least offered the Internet package. I wished I had had a better experience. It is a very nice hotel, terrific decor, great room and good buy. But these things matter to a business traveller. And I was disappointed.
