  I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling on business to Sacramento. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever seen! All staff was so friendly! I totally enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return!

  The hotel could not have been better. I was here on business and chose the Citizen based on a friends recomendation. A new hotel, new beds and a good night sleep are all I wanted. I tried the restaurant and the food there is pretty good. The room had a solid Wifi connection and the staff was enthusiastic and helpful. Clean, comfortable and new hotel with incredible city views. Definitely a must stay in Sacramento

  What a charming and elegant find. Relaxing, convenient for a "getaway" of like me, a business traveler who travels often. Great ambiance, excellent service, lovely decor in the heart of the city. Easy walk to parks, shopping, great restaurants....and the convention center. The on site restaurant has a great bar, well schooled wait staff, and excellent food....highly recommend the butterscotch pudding....YUM!!

  The hotel is great for a romantic night out. The room is small, but very nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant and had a fabulous meal! Went to the bar above the reception area, but it was quiet and not many people. Ask for prices before you order drinks - my scotch was $36 ! (That's one glass!)

  We stayed in a Queen Suite with a big soker tub looking over the city. The Room was great, the staff was friendly and helpfull and the view was fantastic. The resteraunt in the hotel another story. High prices, slow help and GREASY potatoes, GREASY bacon, ordered my eggs over hard and they came slightly less than over medium and you guessed it.... GREASY. You'll kike the coffee if you like it VERY DARK - if not there is no doctoring that will help so just skip it.
