- Please Note: A 2% civic assessment is charged on all sales of tangible personal property (including food & beverage and lodging charges) within the Breckenridge Mountain Master Association (BMMA) boundary. This assessment provides funding for the BMMA (which is a non-profit corporation) to provide maintenance and upkeep of the common areas within such boundary.
- Please note that all hotel guests are responsible for paying the property's daily resort fee of 15.00 USD (taxable) per room upon check-out. Resort fees are collected directly by the hotel.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. My wife, 4 children and myself stayed comfortably in a very well appointed 2 bedroom suite. The staff was very helpful and made our stay exceptional. the location is wonderful for summer activities and winter skiing. Our room looked out to the gondola station and the balcony overlooked the high speed quad at the base of peak 7. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially with family. It was VERY clean, very convenient and a highlight of our time in Breckenridge.

This is a fabulous resort. The gondola was right outside my window and a hgh speed chair was within a stones throw. I can't say enough about the room, hell it was a house. The 2 bedroom unit was huge and had the latest appliances including hi Def tv's and DVR's in every room. I am going to see if I can rent a unit for week in ski season. The staff was very helpful and they provide a shuttle into and back from town. On second thought don't go here, I want to be able to make reservations again and I want less competition.

Brand new, beautiful ski/ski out property. Independence chair is 100ft out door, and gondola to town and Peak 8 is 50 ft. Hot tubs, steam room, gym,ski lockers, etc. Property is very much like the Ritz in Beaver Creek in style. Also has underground heated parking. There is not a better place in Breck.
