This Hotel is pretty close to beeing perfect. The location is very nice ;surrounded by two big malls, parks and a lake. The rooms have a nice size and show a good taste of the interior designer. Beds are so comfortable! The only flaw we found was when were having breakfast. On Travel website was stated that the breakfast was complimentary - which it was not. Sadly we found that out after we had it. Service was nice enough to not make us look bad but the person at the frontdesk didn't do anything to clear up the situation. She just checked and charged our room account and didn't care for what we said. Later on we approached the frontdesk again with a printed out version of their Travel presentation and found another person there that was so helpfull that we want to state her name: Ashley. She cleared up the situation, discharged the breakfast-bill from our room account and made us feel much better after the embarrasing situation earlier on. She told us that other guests had that problem before and even stood up for us when the first person at the front desk argued against us. She saved our day and is the reason we can fully recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens.

This is a great hotel! I love Hilton Garden Inn's and stay in them every time I travel but this HGI takes the cake! The hotel is great, right on the water with a walking trail and access to shopping and night life. Its very welcoming as well. The staff is very friendly and the neat little sitting area's make the lobby so much more inviting than most places I have been. I will be staying here next time I'm in town.

This was a really great place to stay! I travel on business and hate getting back in my car after a long day. At this hotel, I could walk across the lake on their little bridge and be right in city center. Funny enough, I just ended up staying at the hotel - the bar was such a welcoming place and the food was great!

I just want to say how much I loved this hotel though my stay was short I wish it could have been longer I will definetley come back. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to accomidate you. The rooms are beautiful and spotless and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud loved it here! The breakfast was great too!
