very disappointed with recent stay, particularly with the promised view of the falls. We paid a premium to have a view of both US and Canadian side of the falls and we did have the view; however, the view was obstructed by the ugly red CASINO sign right in front of our window thus ruining what should have been a spectacular view! Additional issues with hotel, the lobby was like a zoo when we arrived at 5:27 PM, very disorganized, noisy and we had to wait in line like cattle to register . Later that evening (around 9:00 PM) the Lobby was still like a zoo, very disorganized, the girl at the bar in the lobby was very rude, we decided to dine at the restaurant on the 33rd floor and the atmosphere was also very disorganized, the hostess was rushed, we were seated right next to a family with a screaming baby. The best thing we can say about the restaurant was that our food arrived hot from the kitchen. All in all we had a better experience at the Holiday Inn Express in North Bay Ontario. At check out there was no line; however, the girl at the desk told us she was too busy to assist with checking us out and sent us to another agent for assistance! When we tried to talk to guest services we were told to complete a comment card.

The Fallsview Plaza hotel was nice and close enough to walk to Niagara Falls. We stayed there for three nights in August. Overall service was good and staff was really friendly. There are two restaurents (IHOP and Mario's) on site. And, their food as well as the services were good. We would stay there again!

From the time we entered the lobby until the time we left, the hotel couldn't have been more accomodating. From the front desk check in to the maid service. Location was excellent, especially being right across the street from the newest Casino and a short walk to the Falls and surrounding attractions.

The hotel is a good location. We had a partial view, costs more, and we had good view of the American Falls. We were on the 3rd floor. The Hershey store below had loud music until closing that could be heard. The room was small with only a foot path around beds. It is an older hotel that is remodeled. It does not feel new. Breakfast, internet, parking all not included. The elevators to parking is a long wait since it is the only access to roof Waterpark. We had to wait in line to get to our car. Check out time is very busy with only 2 elevators. Waterpark is $30 per person and adult not swimming still has to pay to supervise kids. We passed and went to hotel pool. Location is good for the main tourist area of Niagra Falls. Hotel is connected to Rainforest Cafe, arcade, and walking to Ferris Wheel, Hard Rock Cafe, Haunted House, Fireworks at the Falls. We did have fun after the fireworks walking on the strip. Lots to see and do.

For $20.00 more over our already great rate we were bumped to a top floor room with an oustanding view of Horseshoe Falls. Room was clean, Bed was very comfortable, Across the street from the Casino and walking distance to the falls, Breakfast that was included was disappointing. Pool was great. Overall we really enjoyed it and would stay here again.
